    I'm almost 70 and I figured out the importance of mobility exercises a while ago. This channel is absolutely the best. I continue to learn and get new ideas to incorporate into my routines. Weights and yoga are cool but slow deliberate movement of your joints and spine will keep you young.

    Just finished this routine... I didn't even want to start it, because it's 9.45 Pm and i have to unload my dishwasher, buuuut I said "let's start, I can always stop if I really don't feel like it" and obviously once I'd started it was so good I kept going. Thanks Julia!

    I was just thinking which stretch I would do this evening and then realized it was Monday so was super excited to see an evening stretch ready to go.
    15 minutes is a perfect length. I always feel I can squeeze them in day or night. Music as always was catchy and was doing a little dance in some moves 😂 moves were all great and hit every spot. The flow of each move was perfect.

    I was going to push myself and do a workout tonight but my body said, "nope you need to stretch." I resisted...then finally listened to it. This fit the bill. I feel so much better.

    I miss being able to do these exercises -- these day's my chronically inflamed SI joint would have me in a wheelchair by the next morning if I got all bendy like this tonight before bed.

    Hey can u post the squat to chest opener remedial standing version in these. My knees got kinda wrecked from this once so the low level version works better I’m just not sure if my forms right

    i have been watching all your videos, everything is cool and adorable but it would be better if you tell or comment more about every exorcise(most of them) bcs not always was understood how to feel or place right posiiton.
